Research and Advisory concluded a memorandum of understanding and partnership
with «Nabd» news platform, to enhance cooperation between the two parties in
the media and research fields. The two parties shall support and facilitate the
scientific and cognitive production of research writers and provide more
opportunities to publish their writings and studies and introduce them to the
media.
The
agreement was signed by Dr. Muhammad Abdullah Al-Ali, CEO of the Trends
Research and Advisory, and Mr. Mazen Singer, the Chief Strategy Officer at Nabd
platform. The signing ceremony was attended by a number of heads of sectors and
directors of departments and sectors from both sides.
Mutual Exchange
The
memorandum of cooperation reflects the efforts of the Trends Center and Nabd
platform, to optimize the benefit from research and scientific output by
present them to the public readers through various media platforms. The
research output shall be disseminated in smooth and purposeful templates that
meet the aspirations of the wider public.
The
MoU shall enhance the mutual participation of experts, media professionals and
researchers from both sides in international events, conferences, discussion
panels, as well as the regular scientific, cognitive and educational lectures.
This mutual engagement shall be delivered in a way that meets the future
aspirations of “Trends” and “Nabd” News platform. It shall serve the global
strategy that the two sides seek to achieve, in serving the community of
researchers and media professionals locally, regionally and globally.
Credible Content
Dr.
Muhammad Abdullah Al-Ali, CEO of the Trends Research and Advisory, appreciated
the media and informational message of the Nabd platform, which aims to inform
the local, regional and global public opinion. He praised the qualitative
content which enjoys wide credibility and addresses various communities and
cultures. Dr. Al-Ali added that “Nabd” has developed innovative and sustainable
approach to media presentation, through balanced knowledge that positioned the
platform at the forefront of media outlets.
Dr. Al-Ali said that research and
media institutions have complementary roles and efforts in many areas,
especially in promoting knowledge, delivering objective content and using
diverse presentation methods. Both of them support the scientific and media output
of young writers, and contributes significantly to strengthening all forms of
scientific research.

The CEO
of Trends Research and Advisory said that the Center’s global strategy seeks to
expand partnerships and cooperation with various media institutions, as well as
regional and international intellectual platforms. This reflects Trends
objectives in strengthening its media and research outreach as a global bridge
for intellectual and cognitive communication. He said that Center links scientific
research to a reliable media message, and plays a proactive role in making the
future.

Mr.
Mazen Singer, the Chief Strategy Officer at Nabd platform, praised the research
and practical efforts of Trends Center. He indicated that the qualitative
knowledge output of the Center helps in analyzing many crises and contributes
to knowledgeable solutions to conflicts. He praised Trends research output that
anticipate the future of many current global events, and envisage the future of
the region at all levels.
Mr.
Singer said that the memorandum of cooperation between Nabd platform and Trends
Center falls in line with Nabd platform’s strategy of laying the foundations
for cooperation with research and knowledge institutions in the UAE. It also
aims to keep abreast with media and research events, and include the correct media
and information concepts in the training courses for staff from both parties.
This cooperation emphasizes the necessity of obtaining information from correct
and credible sources to confront subversive ideas and fake news. The agreement
facilitates the exchange of experts, media products and research expertise.
