TRENDS Stand at Riyadh International Book Fair Attracts Visitors

TRENDS Research and Advisory continued its participation in Riyadh International Book Fair 2023 with a special pavilion that displayed dozens of titles from its various research publications. The collection offered insightful analyses of emerging events and anticipates future de issues. The Riyadh Book Fair participation is part of an Asian tour, which included, previous visits to South Korea, Japan and Singapore. These trips enhanced TRENDS' research partnerships, expanded the Center outreach and confirmed its global knowledge vision.

TRENDS’ Stand No. B89, located at the campus of King Saud University in Diriyah, Riyadh, attracted the Book Fair visitors and a number of officials, writers and publishers. TRENDS Stand displayed dozens of titles that reflect the qualitative research output of a wide range of researchers and specialists in scientific, political, security, economic, and military fields. TRENDS offered its encyclopedia on the Muslim Brotherhood and its publications on political Islam movements.

Visitors to the Stand were briefed by the TRENDS Staff who were supervising the pavilion, headed by Rawdha AlMarzouqi, Director of Exhibitions and Distribution Department. The visitors received an overview of the nature of TRENDS work, studies, research, publications, activities, training fields, and opinion polls and diverse events.

The visitors appreciated the effective and rich participation of the Center in this regional and global cultural event, and praised TRENDS' global vision, which seeks to spread knowledge and enhance the role of think tanks and scientific research at a wider international level. The visitors expressed their admiration for the qualitative publications offered by TRENDS’ Stand. They expressed their appreciation for the Center's global research efforts. They had a chance to access TRENDS’ books, which were translated into several languages, as well as the Encyclopedia on the Muslim Brotherhood.

The TRENDS delegation, which includes a number of directors of departments, researchers and media, visited a number of the stands participating in the Riyadh Book Fair, during which they discussed building partnerships and future research cooperation.
