Trends
Research and Advisory convened its first annual forum for its employees in the Great
Conference Hall of its Abu Dhabi Headquarter, to enhance the work environment that
supports quality, sustainability, and excellence.
The meeting discussed the next phase of 2024 (the year of scientific research), which coincides with the Bronze Jubilee of Trends Center and the 10th anniversary of its establishment. The meeting reviewed the most prominent achievements of the center during the past year.
The forum
began with keynote remarks by Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Al-Ali, CEO of Trends
Research and Advisory. The CEO praised the efforts of the center's employees and commended their
contributions, expressing his pride in what the center has achieved during the year 2023, thanks to
their dedication and teamwork.
Dr. Al-Ali said that Trends enters a new year of 2024, and is proud to confirm that 2023 was full of excellence and giving. The Center was able to fulfil the goals of Emiratization and empower youth in the research and professional fields. In fact, Trends has positioned itself as leading research institution through its activities, participations, partnerships, active presence and universal outreach. Trends has won several awards in leadership and sustainability, and became a role model for everyone looking for excellence and innovation, based on objective global research.
Dr. Mohammed Al-Ali stressed that this success enhances our determination to continue giving, and work within the culture of readiness and excellence towards the next stage. Trends Research and Advisory shall achieve its goals and develop efficiently and effectively in the global research space.
Dr.
Al-Ali spoke about Trends’ vision and plan for 2024. He explained that the research,
training, advisory and development plan has been prepared. It includes many new
ideas and initiatives, which enhance the global intellectual role of Trends. He
indicated that it will be announced in detail in a press conference in the near
future.
The
forum was organized by the Corporate Communication Department’s Employees and
Customer Happiness Unit. The gathering and was dominated by a spirit of one
family. A group of the center’s employees were honored in appreciation of their
creativity and distinguished efforts. This move reflects Trends’ management's
keenness to promote a culture of excellence, creativity and institutional
happiness. This shows the Center’s motivation
for everyone to achieve more for Trends’ leadership in the future.
