Arman Mahmoudian is a Ph.D. Candidate in Politics and International affairs at the University of South Florida (USF), and an adjunct professor at the USF Judy Genshaft Honors College, where he is teaching various courses related to Russia, Middle East and International Security. In addition, he is a research associate at the USF Center for Strategic & Diplomatic Studies where he researches on Iran’s regional policy.
Mr. Mahmoudian earned his master’s degree in International Relations and Global Security from Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (Moscow) and earned his bachelor's degree in Law from the Islamic Azad University of Tehran (Iran).
His Analysis of Regional Security in the Middle East and Russian Foreign Policy have been published by Harvard Journal of Middle Easter Politics & Policy, London School of Economics’ Middle East Center, Atlantic Council, Middle East Eye, Politics Today, New Arab and the Global Post.
