Avidan Kent is an Associate Professor in International Law at the University of East Anglia. He is also a member of the Tyndall Centre for Climate Change Research, a Fellow at the Centre for International Sustainable Development Law, and the Founder and Convenor of UEA’s International Law Research Group. He has written/edited books, reports, journal articles and chapters on a varied list of topics, including Climate-Induced Migration, International Environmental Law, Public Participation, International Courts and Institutions, International Investment Law and International Trade Law. Avidan holds a LLM from McGill University, and a PhD from the University of Cambridge.
